@walkmich84 Yes, if you were unable to reach your destination on time due to disruption you can use the previous link to claim compensation.  If you did not select a specific return journey, you'll need to share your intended trip with the Train Operator. Thanks, Keith

Hey @thetrainline every single one of my journeys today has been delayed/cancelled/over capacity and when looking at my ticket and trying to sort a delay repay out, it’s not even giving me an option.. instead it’s saying my journey went ahead with no issues! False! Help please 🙏🏼

Hola. Lo que me ha pasado este fin de semana con 2 billetes comprados en @thetrainline es una vergüenza. Resulta que sin aviso de NADIE me fueron cancelados hace unos días. Al llegar a la estación no constaban para Renfe y me tuve que volver a comprar los 2 billetes a bordo.

@emma_b53 Hi there,  EMR don't currently offer seat reservations for your journey. Your ticket is a 'counted place' which means you can sit in any available seat within your ticket class. Thanks, ~ James

Hello again @thetrainline team. Can’t believe my luck. For the second day in a row I’ve had to abandon my journey. signals broke and trains cancelled after I had arrived and bought a ticket, so I have scanned but spoke to station staff when I left. Please may I have a refund.

@begforloves Hi Lauren, I've checked, and the service is showing as cancelled. If you've already got a ticket, and you've it's an Advance Single, you can travel with the same operator on the service immediately after the disrupted train (1/2).
