Little Learners @ East Huntspill Primary Academy

Today being our last day. The children showed their independence in pouring their own cornflakes and milk, adding their own chocolate and then eating independently. 'Deconstructed cornflake cakes' From Little Learners have a lovely Easter break and we'll see you from 20th April.

World Book Day!!! The children are very excited today here at Little Learners to be celebrating World Book Day 2026. We are spending our day looking at all our favourite stories.

We have been working really hard here at Little Learners to make some tasty treats ready for the school bake sale this afternoon. Bake sale will be held at East Huntspill Primary School from 2:45pm. We look forward to seeing you all there. Proceeds will go to the school's PTFA.

The children here at Little Learners have been making Worry Monsters. We have talked about what worries them and how we can ease these worries, which they have all helped problem solve with. "I am scared of the dark", "Why don't you ask mummy for a night light like mine?".

World Book Day - Thursday 5th March! This year we will be doing a PJs and favourite book day. We are also running our competition again for the most creative reading photo! We can't wait to see them all. As always any questions please speak to a member of our team.

Today our Little Learners have been looking at our story of The Worry Monster, they then created their very own monster to bring home. We spoke all about their worries and how the children were feeling today, extending in to what their monsters represented. @TheHuntspills
