Australian women - I think you should watch this. This really matters.  This is the Coalition’s new Shadow Treasurer.  He will drive the Coalition’s economic thinking. And make judgements that will affect you, and your family. He believes the existence of Paid Parental Leave suggests that children are a “cost”.   He says that if people choose to have children, they should pay the cost.  He says it is not his fault that childcare responsibilities fall unequally on women - that, he says, is simply genetic.
