@vrbo I'm still waiting to hear back regarding the VrboCare guarantee claim I filed over a week ago. Someone collected my statement; contacted the hosts who denied the request, then Vrbo contacted me again & took my statement AGAIN & said they'd get back to me. 1/9

@vrbo Due to VRBO glitch June 3 could not accept res. request. Vrbo blamed it on payment method of traveler. She & I both spent hours on phone & in chat. Request expired. Next day trav sent another RR -I could not accept. We both gave up. I Lost Premier status. You refuse to fix
