Advancing a Tier-One Uranium Portfolio in the U.S. and Australia Laramide Resources continues to strengthen its position as a leading developer of high-quality #uranium projects with a clear geographic focus: the United States and Australia. These jurisdictions offer exceptional geological potential, strong mining frameworks, and growing strategic demand for domestically sourced uranium. In the United States, our assets—including the Churchrock and Crownpoint projects in New Mexico and the advanced-stage La Jara Mesa project—position Laramide to play a key role in rebuilding America’s nuclear fuel supply chain. With rising support for clean energy and energy security, our U.S. portfolio is primed for long-term value creation. In Australia, our Westmoreland Project in Queensland stands as one of the largest undeveloped uranium deposits held by a junior company. Backed by stable regulations, strong infrastructure, and a favorable geopolitical profile, Westmoreland is a cornerstone asset with significant exploration upside. Together, our U.S. and Australian projects form a robust foundation for responsible uranium development aligned with global decarbonization and energy independence goals. Laramide Resources remains committed to advancing these key projects with discipline, transparency, and a long-term view—positioning the company at the forefront of the uranium sector’s resurgence. @PraiseKek With the unconformity-style systems in the Northern Territory and the Conglomerate-hosted system like #Westmoreland, you begin to see the emergence of a very large, globally significant uranium province across northern Australia. 💚

Two unconformity-style uranium basins with similar high-grade hits, yet vastly different outcomes. Policy and nuclear opposition stalled one for decades. That gap may now be closing. $DEV is actively rewriting the exploration story in the Northern Territory 🇦🇺. Stay tuned...

Allow us to wade into this conversation! 🤓 An unconformity is essentially a geological boundary between older and younger rocks where fluids can move and concentrate uranium. Some of the world’s highest-grade deposits sit along these structures. Unconformity U deposits tend to be high-grade but relatively discrete. Conglomerate-hosted systems like #Westmoreland (in Queensland and continues into Northern Territory) are interesting because they can be very laterally extensive and more predictable in geometry, with uranium often distributed through sedimentary layers over large areas. That creates a different kind of opportunity: scale and continuity, rather than just grade. Taken together: the unconformity-style and the conglomerate-hosted systems, you begin to see the emergence of a very large, globally significant uranium province across northern Australia. 🤯

@PraiseKek How would you recommend someone go about understanding exploration data? I haven't a clue what this significance of unconformity is 😅 I tend to follow the people that understand it, but would be pretty beneficial if i learned how to understand it myself.

👏 An interesting perspective from Colin McLelland of Petra Capital (Australia) linking current geopolitical events to the future of energy. ⚡ He notes how disruptions to global oil and gas supply chains are once again bringing energy security to the forefront, with #nuclearenergy standing out as one of the few sources capable of delivering long-duration, stable supply. Two points in particular that stand out: #Uranium’s unique characteristics allow countries to store years of fuel in a relatively small volume, reducing reliance on fragile global logistics; and if history is a guide, periods of energy shock have historically led to accelerated nuclear deployment and #uraniumdemand growth. 🦉 In this context, the ability to advance uranium projects through clear permitting pathways becomes increasingly important.

An important message this week from Dr. Fatih Birol, Executive Director of the @IEA . “Australia has the uranium — the opportunity is whether it chooses to develop it.” As Dr. Birol highlighted, the country is uniquely positioned to play a larger role in global energy supply. Realizing that potential will come down to policy clarity and permitting alignment. “... does Australia need today to build a nuclear power plant? I would say no, but make the most of the uranium reserves.” Dr. Fatih Birol’s message this week was clear: governments must shoulder primary responsibility for energy policy to address security, affordability, and the wider economic impacts that follow. youtube.com/live/F7S6rxnlt… #UraniumPolicy #UraniuminAustralia

For uranium, the constraint is the development pathway. A recent commentary by @AndrewMacKaysmith in the @tsv_bulletin highlights a growing tension in Australia’s uranium sector whereby significant resource potential sits alongside policy settings that are still evolving. At a time when global events continue to underscore the importance of secure, reliable energy systems, nuclear energy becomes increasingly relevant. Northern Australia hosts one of the world’s most prospective uranium regions. @LaramideRes controls a strategic trend across the #Westmoreland conglomerate in Queensland into the #Murphy Uranium Project in the Northern Territory which represents a large, underexplored land package and we plan to continue to prove the potential in 2026. The opportunity for Australia to play a meaningful role in global uranium supply is evident, but progress will depend on alignment from policymakers. #UraniuminAustralia #uraniumforenergysecurity

One of the key constraints in bringing on new uranium supply is permitting. The risk of Laramide's Churchrock-Crownpoint project has already been meaningfully reduced with an NRC license and ongoing work toward state-level approvals in New Mexico. #USURaniumSupply

Couldn’t agree more. The real prize for uranium equities is a stable, long-term contracting market where utilities recognize the need to secure future supply. When that happens, the projects that are already permitted or moving through clear regulatory pathways will become incredibly valuable.

Just to be clear: I don't want a knee-jerk uranium price squeeze. The equities won't truly benefit. What I want is a sustainable, healthy long-term price trajectory accepted by counterparties (utilities), so U equities can benefit through durable long-term offtake contracts.
