@LastPassStatus I am not getting any passwords. When I get in to the LastPass app all passwords are blank. What the heck? How to resolve.

@LastPassStatus cannot login - says my premium has expired, and that I'm offline, and that my master password is wrong (all untrue). @downdetector reports issues with your service too, so if you could please reflect that on your website and in the app it would be great.

Thanks for your patience. Our engineers have identified an update to our chrome browser extension earlier today inadvertently caused load issues on our backend infrastructure. We are engaging the issue and actively working towards a resolution.

@LastPassStatus I can’t access to my account on the lastpass app and website!! It says it will send me an email which I never received, I know my password. I created a ticket and no one contacted me. This is unacceptable

As of March 31st, 2024 the legacy Mac desktop app will no longer be supported by LastPass. Users running Mac OS 12 and older should update their systems to OS 13 or higher and re-install LastPass directly through the Mac App Store. support.lastpass.com/s/document-ite…

@LastPassStatus lastpass.com throwing 404 Not Found errors, also can't log a support ticket because login doesn't work and the non-login support case page can't validate emails
