@LastPass you software sucks all it does is bombard every single page and I’m on it doesn’t even save it. There’s so many errors I mean, what a joke I’d actually pay to have you know near any of my passwords anyway it pays for this must be idiotic.

LastPass converted my free account into a premium "free trial" account without my knowledge or consent. That free trial apparently ended, so all my passwords are locked up unless I pay. I can't get help from LastPass unless I pay. Guess what? I'm not going to pay.

As I'm sure you know the prompts are useless. Yesterday on support I said something like: "I cancelled my subscription over six months ago but you just debited my credit card. Presumably the account is still open. I can't remember my password so I can't access it. I want my money back and the account cancelled forever." Response SFA. Then I emailed a similar message on your standard form to sales (the only place you can email). So shonky! Response SFA. You remind me of Fox ... always open for a sale but try cancelling and it'll take a day, One word for businesses like yours that pull stunts like this. Sleazy. I have 6,000 email subscribers ... I guarantee none of them will ever be LastPass subscribers. I'll get my bank to dispute the payment on Monday ... in the meantime I'll continue to give you FREE publicity. I'm just getting started.

LastPass Support is an oxymoron. If you don't have LastPass, don't get it. Support on the website is totally useless, and surprise, surprise, the only way you can send an email is to "sales" using a standard form with a word limit. I cancelled my subscription six months ago when I believe my security was breached but my credit card just got debited with an annual payment. I'll get my bank to recover my money on Monday. You can't deal with LastPass. ... they are uncontactable except when you're looking to become a new subscriber. Open for sales, uncontactable for everything else. I can't get into what was my account because I have no idea what my password is/was and the reset procedure requires the opening of a new account. I've wasted two hours getting nowhere. Support should be renamed "non-support." If you're thinking of getting LastPass, think again.

@LastPass To get help, you need to log in — but if you've been logged out and can't log back in, you're stuck in an endless password reset loop that doesn't even work anymore. I haven't been able to access my data for three days, and I can't find any real support — just stupid bots. HELP !

@LastPassHelp your Vault is compeltely broken. Doesn't matter the browser. Can't update URLs. change passwords, do anything. I'm 30 minutes from ditching Lastpass & finding a new provider. I'll be talking with my company's leadership and moving our corp account too

@DonKramerATL Glad to hear that! If those emails are not being received on time or getting lost along the way, you may also disable the security function from within your advanced account settings online. I would suggest setting up multifactor authentication first though. ^AC

@LastPassHelp I am back in. Even through it is my existing device/location, my sign-in this morning triggered the email w/ the "Verify new device or location" verification, which worked. Now looking at my emails from yesterday, that was my issue all along. But thank you for the quick reply :)

@LastPassHelp I couldn't log in using what I knew my password to be. So I did the thing with SMS and creating a new master password. Even with new master password, it doesn't work! I go through this 2x more. Now it's saying I've used SMS too many times. Please help! Please DM me.

@LastPassHelp The extension is not loading up on chrome browser. Shows a blank window every time. Tried refreshing. Tried reinstalling, tried logging off and on, tried rebooting the browser and MacBook. I'm on all the latest versions of software. Using latest chrome version, no betas.
