One of the first questions I ask from teams or stakeholders is, "what is the problem you're trying to solve?". Starting with the why, is still too often missed and instead we're jumping straight into the solutions. digital.nhs.uk/blog/design-ma…

Just a reminder that it’s okay not to be excited about restrictions lifting. It’s okay if you’re feeling anxious, or want to stay at home. The most important thing is to put yourself first, and to move at a pace you feel comfortable with 💚
