@noemiconcarne I think it's really common for a lot of us to feel that way about our looks, its taken up a lot of my time and energy which makes me think I have nothing to my character other than focusing on improving my looks, but I would say that feeling gets easier over time

and i hate when people assume like i have no right to be as neurotic as i am about my appearances just because they think i stumbled into being pretty one day. my looks are the only thing i actually think about. it’s all i have. it’s completely hollow. i don’t feel real at all

i try not to let too much of my dysphoria show on a public forum like this but i can’t help but feel very strongly on nights like this that transitioning was a big fucking mistake for me. i can barely live with myself right now

@Paul_E_yt Typo on 15. I'll be getting ribs 5-12 fractured again along my back. Ribs 2-4 are attached to the sternum via cartilage. For rib 2-4, about 1in of cartilage is removed on each side of the sternum, and the rib is pulled in and plated onto the sternum.

I've gotten questions on the discord: Photo is about 12 hours without the binder. My weight in the before and after is about the same +/- a pound. Underbust is -1in from surgery. I had a consult, and I'll be getting ribs 2-15 as soon as rib 2 becomes available.
