For those wondering why the video isn’t being released:
Both the prosecution and the attorneys for the media and Charlie’s family WANTED all of the evidence to be viewable by the public.
One party objected to publication: Tyler Robinson’s attorney. They alleged that releasing the evidence to the public would infringe on his right to a fair jury trial as protected by the U.S. Constitution, and the judge sustained that objection for several exhibits. The video is real, and I have little doubt the public will see it in due time.
