Patterns I've observed in unsuccessful people in my life: - They spread energy across 10 side hustles or shiny objects. - They surround themselves with people just like them. - They chase comfort every day. - They save 10 bucks on a Starbucks thinking it's gonna magically build wealth. - They try to keep up with the Joneses.

@thought_harbor Block out your hours on Google Calendar. Show up during those hours. Eliminate every distraction that doesn’t move the needle. You have the same 24 hours as everyone who made it. The difference isn’t time. It’s what you do with the hours you keep pretending you don’t have.

Do so much that it becomes impossible for you not to win. Not talent. Not luck. Not timing. Volume. Show up so many times that the universe runs out of ways to keep you down. Most men do the bare minimum and wonder why nothing changes. The ones who win made it unreasonable for them to lose.

@Tim_Denning If you can’t find optimism for your goals your body is sending you a signal. Not that you’re weak. Not that success is impossible. But that this particular goal doesn’t belong to you.

@Smartnetworth1 I want to get rich to pay back every single person who showed up for me when I had nothing. Getting rich for yourself is one thing. Getting rich so you can take care of the people who believed in you before you made it — that’s a different motivation entirely.

I’m investing as much as I can now so I can wake up without an alarm clock one day. That’s the goal. Not Rolex’s and Ferraris.

@kaderobs And here’s what makes a personal brand different from any other type of content. It grows with you. As you grow, it grows. As your interests shift, it shifts. As you become someone new, it documents the transformation in real time.

Most personal brand content is packaging. Looks valuable. Sounds smart. Helps nobody. The real advantage is documenting a real journey. Not the highlight reel. The whole arc. If you’re building and not documenting, you’re making the same mistake I made.

@Tekeee There’s a name for what social media is doing. Weaponized anxiety. AI is taking your job. You should have a million dollars by 30. It is engineered to make you feel behind — because people who feel behind click, follow, and buy.

The world’s richest 100 people made their first $1,000,000 at 38. Studies show that the average millionaire is about 58. While the average billionaire is 68. Don’t let social media deceive you. You’re still doing fine. Carry on.

@theandreilucian Perfection is just procrastination with better branding. Don’t wait until your offer is perfect. It never will be. Start with a minimal viable offer — the simplest version of what you’re selling — and put it out there now.

You don't need to know everything to start. You need to know enough to begin. Learning happens while doing. Start with what you know. Learn the rest along the way. Start now.

@tommyswriting The basics work. They’ve always worked. The problem is the basics don’t sell — so nobody promotes them. Simple is free. And free doesn’t make anyone money.

Developing a great physique is actually super fucking simple -Lift 3-6 days/week -Sleep 7-8 hours every night -Gradually increase the weight in all lifts -Eat exclusively whole foods -GOAT protein sources: eggs, chicken, Greek yogurt, beef, steak -Spam steps (13 k/day is optimal) -Play a sport 2x a week or go on a long run 1x week -Bonus: sprint 1-2x/week and hiring @345marcel to be your accountability coach If you dial these basic things in, you can still drink alcohol and eat cake and pastries. If you’re not enjoying the process of building your dream body, you’re not doing it right. It’s truly an art. The process should give you pleasure, fulfillment, and profound peace. If it’s not deeply enjoyable, you’re not doing it right.

Underneath of repetition is something most people overlook. The real safety net isn’t your business. It’s not your savings. It’s not your network. It’s your skills. If you lost everything tomorrow — the clients, the revenue, the platform — your skills come with you. Nobody can take those away. That’s why showing up every day isn’t just about results. Every day you write, you get sharper. Every day you sell, you get better at reading people. Every day you learn, you increase your value in the market. The business can be rebuilt. The skills make sure of it. Stack the reps. That’s the real asset.

Women are actually straightforward — just not in the way men are. If she’s interested, she’ll let you know. But she won’t always say it out loud. She’ll say it with eye contact that lingers a second too long. The way she finds reasons to stay in the conversation. The way she laughs a little easier around you. The way she closes the distance without realizing it. Men communicate directly. Women communicate through signals. The problem isn’t that women are complicated. The problem is that most men were never taught to read the room. Learn the basics of body language and suddenly the mystery disappears. She was never hard to read — you just didn’t have the right lens.

Everyone says you’re the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. But what if those 5 people are all stuck at the bottom with you? That’s the real problem nobody talks about. Not everyone can just go find a better network. Some people are surrounded by people who don’t want to see them rise — and the moment they try to climb out, someone grabs their leg and pulls them back down. So here’s what you do when you can’t change your circle yet. Curate your environment. Fill it with books, podcasts, and content from the people you want to become. Let their thinking rewire yours. Let their standards raise yours. Your physical network isn’t your only network. Your mind can be surrounded by the right people long before your life is. Start there. The right circle will follow.

Your business is a reflection of your network. Health is the same. If the people around you are overweight, eat junk food, drink alcohol, and are pressuring you into it You need to find better people. Otherwise, you’re guaranteed to stay overweight.

Honestly? Wind down is a luxury for when your life is already where it needs to be. When you’re at the bottom, the urgency has to be higher than the comfort. You don’t get to clock out. You get to work. Not forever. But for that season. Short term urgency. Long term patience. That’s the formula. The wind down comes after you’ve built something worth relaxing in.

Most people compare themselves to someone born in completely different circumstances, with a different starting point, different resources, and a different path. Then they copy their advice word for word — without filtering it through their own goals, their own context, their own life. That’s not inspiration. That’s self sabotage. Use who you admire as a mirror, not a script. Take what applies. Leave what doesn’t.

Stop comparing your chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 20. They've been building for 5 years. You've been at it for 5 months. Focus on YOUR progress. That's the only way to win.

Going to the gym is an act of rebellion. Meditating is an act of rebellion. Eating real food is an act of rebellion. Turning off mainstream media is an act of rebellion. Every healthy choice you make is a threat to a system that profits from your weakness, your distraction, and your dependence.
