Developing a great physique is actually super fucking simple
-Lift 3-6 days/week
-Sleep 7-8 hours every night
-Gradually increase the weight in all lifts
-Eat exclusively whole foods
-GOAT protein sources: eggs, chicken, Greek yogurt, beef, steak
-Spam steps (13 k/day is optimal)
-Play a sport 2x a week or go on a long run 1x week
-Bonus: sprint 1-2x/week and hiring @345marcel to be your accountability coach
If you dial these basic things in, you can still drink alcohol and eat cake and pastries.
If you’re not enjoying the process of building your dream body, you’re not doing it right.
It’s truly an art.
The process should give you pleasure, fulfillment, and profound peace.

@rektdiomedes My powerlifting days are behind me. But what really pushed my progression forward, made me gain strength was strong visualization and really tapping deeper into the realm. Always envisioned sth bigger, tried to harness energy from sth higher.

Like really visualize trying to honor your ancestors... honor your descendants... the whole Nietzschian ascension stuff... transcending our mortal coils... etc...

@psypharmacopeia It's wild. Dieted down, bulked back up so often myself until I made the effort to go truly lean. That paired with some powerlifting strength and your muscles become the biggest sponge to soak up nutrients.
