Developing a great physique is actually super fucking simple -Lift 3-6 days/week -Sleep 7-8 hours every night -Gradually increase the weight in all lifts -Eat exclusively whole foods -GOAT protein sources: eggs, chicken, Greek yogurt, beef, steak -Spam steps (13 k/day is optimal) -Play a sport 2x a week or go on a long run 1x week -Bonus: sprint 1-2x/week and hiring @345marcel to be your accountability coach If you dial these basic things in, you can still drink alcohol and eat cake and pastries. If you’re not enjoying the process of building your dream body, you’re not doing it right. It’s truly an art. The process should give you pleasure, fulfillment, and profound peace. If it’s not deeply enjoyable, you’re not doing it right.

@345marcel Well said man. The longer I lift the more I think it needs to be almost metaphysical in nature. Like really visualize trying to honor your ancestors... honor your descendants... the whole Nietzschian ascension stuff... transcending our mortal coils... etc...

Treat every workout like a meditation session. No distractions, pre planned reps and sets. Not just going through the motions, but feeling them deeply. Connecting to the target muscle, the contractions. This allows u to truly develop strength, to progress. To sculpt ur physique.

@psypharmacopeia It's wild. Dieted down, bulked back up so often myself until I made the effort to go truly lean. That paired with some powerlifting strength and your muscles become the biggest sponge to soak up nutrients.

A lean physique literally operates different. It's the journey that is hard, requires change. But with hard training, enough movement ur body gets programmed forever in a different way. High muscle mass, high insulin sensitivity all make maintaining a lean physique much easier.
