@johnnyddavidson I still can’t get over it. The emotional rollercoaster we’ve had at York over the last ten years and last night made it all worth it

@GavWilson @TheGameCaller Was just about to tweet the same thing. Absolute silence about one of the greatest super league openers
English

Did anyone catch what @TheGameCaller tweeted about last night's incredible Super League opener? I'm sure he had plenty to say...

For a second there I thought the Cougars had signed Nathan Cleary...

English

Hey @EE. Are you having broadband issues in the York area at the moment. My speeds are really low and high latency all day.

The NHS is a cult.
This is disgraceful.
Who wrote and ratified this needs sacking.

@TheGameCaller This is where you let yourself down Mick. Bradford haven’t been Super League giants for years now pal
English

Super League giants Bradford Bulls and Leeds Rhinos will meet at AMT Headingley on Saturday 24th January (1:00pm kick-off) in a pre-season fixture that forms part of Cameron Smith’s testimonial year.
The 26-year-old has been granted a testimonial by the RFL after a decade of service to the Rhinos, having debuted in 2016.
The Bradford Bulls have also announced more retention news after Mitch Souter has signed a new full-time deal to remain with the club as the Bulls prepare for their return to Super League in 2026.
The 24-year-old has become a firm fans’ favourite at Odsal since his arrival from NRL side Canberra Raiders in 2024.

English

The Bradford Bulls are back in Super League for 2026.
Bradford have secured their Super League return by finishing in 10th place in the IMG table ahead of the Castleford Tigers, Huddersfield Giants and Salford Red Devils.
After 11 seasons out of the top flight, the four time Super League champions have been announced as one of the top-twelve highest scoring clubs this morning, securing their deserved and immediate return to the Super League.
Championship Grand Final winners and promotion favourites Toulouse Olympique are in 13th place in the IMG table with the York Knights just above relegated Salford in 14th place.
The 13th and 14th places in the expanded Super League decided by the independent panel will be announced by Lord Caine tomorrow morning.

@GavWilson How do we fall behind Bradord and London in performance??
English

Toulouse 13th and York 16th in the performance rankings. Had they won yesterday York would've been 13th with Toulouse 16th (with Bradford 14th and London 15th).
Huge result for everyone concerned!

@M_Shaw1 Fair enough. Although I believe York places higher than them in the last gradings?
English

Expecting a steep rise but won’t get their score to where Bradford will.

@M_Shaw1 What’s your take on York Matt?
English

Feels like a good time to share this again. Why I'm convinced Bradford Bulls will finish in the top 12 of the IMG gradings and earn automatic entry to Super League.
