Really frustrating trying to upgrade with @ee each time I try to trade in my current iPhone I'm getting a message saying I can't trade in as there'a already a discount applied to my phone. This is incorrect. No doubt I'll get the copy and past response of call 150

@EE Hi there - the link you sent does not work. I have also tried to connect to all available providers to no avail. This is very disappointing as I am u able to use my phone and I had so many bookings / excursions booked - I really want some compensation- it’s been frustrating

@EE hi there - I am very very disappointed- I am in Prague and switched on data roaming for the day pass (total 4 days) and it has not worked - have followed all Instructions- switched phone on/off and no luck - it has caused nothing but problems….

@EE fellow employee here. Having real issues trying to buy a roaming pass in Greece. Have used the link you sent on sms when I arrived but it keeps denying connection. Have tried the app but it there's no link to buy on there either. Help pls!

@EE are scam merchants who charge extortionate amounts for internet that can't stay up, at speeds I had 20 years ago. The bot's gonna reply with 'we understand [expected thing] is important', but they're saying that to 50 people a day in replies, so they can't understand it much.

How do I prove to @EE that we contacted them back in Nov to give notice as moved house.They’re saying we didn’t give notice,now being chased by CRS for £338, credit rating gone, mortgage app failed…. Written to EE who say are ‘investigating’ &will let us know by 23/7 😡
