@EE If you ever consider moving your Broadband to EE don’t bother!! Letter of complaint ignored! Incorrect advice & refusal to refund ignored. As for presenting my early termination bill from my previous supplier in many different forms - it’s still ignored. I’m £134 down!

@EE can you tell me why my broadband with a guaranteed download speed of 30mps tested last night at 14!!!!?? Absolutely useless and having to constantly switch to data. Is it coincidence that there have been workers on the telegraph pole outside this week?

@EE on a genuine missed payment their late payment charges on long standing customers who have paid thousands of pounds to this company for sometimes low or no signals especially in lockdown times - are atrocious - on a bill of £20 charge nearly 50% fees! @Ofcom @RachelReevesMP

@EE can you tell me please how to link my sim for your 4G mobile wifi on your app as when I do it’s sending me a passcode to put in but I can’t have it as it’s a wifi sim and not a mobile sim so I can’t access the sim to collect the number with it being a wifi sim

@EE how can I help you to improve this for my local area? Phone calls are absolutely awful even on WiFi calling. I think our phones constantly flip-flop between GSM and WiFi calling. I'd be happy to explore you using my house for a picocell or femtocell.

@EE Broadband down for the second time in 3 weeks. You replaced box and I reset every device. I’m registered vulnerable & use a lot of IT. Spoke to friendly guide - Engineers will fix by May 7!! When I was with BT I had emerg hub that activated as necessary. Is that possible now?

@EE Hi, your overall service is awful and your customer services are a joke. You have to phone and speak to multiple people who all tell you different things. Not sure if deliberate. And still we can’t access TV channels we have paid for. People need to stay away from EE.

@EE Hi, I want to log a formal complaint. I’m paying c £50 month for mobile broadband that doesn’t work reliably. Speeds are VERY poor and the connection drops regularly, especially teams calls. This service isn’t fit for purpose. Tried 150.

@EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. I’m so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.
