@Lexus my 2024 Lexus NX has a recall, called Lexus of Tampa bay to set up an appt to get it taken care of. They told me the next available appt is in June. 3 MONTHS FROM NOW. That must be a joke right?? Such poor customer service. Very disappointed.

@Lexus And this is literally my 7th & LAST Lexus unless Lexus can figure out how to appropriately equip their high end Tech models with batteries that can support them! It’s insane that i have to pay to replace the battery every year!!!!

@Lexus as a consumer, if you ask the dealership about the quality of their batteries they place in their high tech models, they’ll literally laugh in your face with a condescending & disrespectful tone! Just walk away as i was a loyal customer until i bought their RX 350 Fsport & their brand new TX500h! I’m done with Lexus!

Thank you @Lexus. I took my car in for a new key to be made. To do so they had to remove the tab covering the transmission lock, but never put it back when I called the dealer out on it, they said they couldn’t find it. @PalmBeachLexus

@Lexus terribly poor Lexus LBX. Great car to drive but rubbish technology when it comes to the 12v battery which starts the car, it is simply under strength & gets vert flat quickly if you don't drive frequently. I will never buy another Lexus & am looking to change soon.
