@Lexus have a Lexus TX350 and the rear windshield broke. Lexus has no availability in the Florida or the USA that is available. All answers from multiple dealers and glass companies is that it’s at best 3-4 weeks. This needs to be addressed.

Got a @lexus Ls 460 and the interior is falling apart. There’s a manufacturer defect on door panel and dash. I call and they said it was out of their hands as the time they would fix it expired. But help me understand, if your car has a defect how does the repair have a timeline?

Purchased a brand new @Lexus GS 350 from @DriveSewell in 2013 for close to $60K, over 13 years ago. Over the past few months, the dashboard has started to literally melt and drip down into the car. After researching the issue online, I discovered that a Customer Support Program was issued in 2018 to address this defect, but I never received any notice by USPS. The extended warranty coverage for the issue expired in 2023, yet my dashboard only began melting within the last few months. I was told that if I had brought the vehicle to the dealership during that coverage period, the repair would have been covered. But why would I have taken it in when I never received notice that this program or problem even existed? Now, despite this being a known issue, Lexus is refusing to cover the repairs. If this were some normal warranty item, it would be understandable, but this is a defect in manufacturing. Now I can’t even sell this car in this condition and it would cost thousands to repair. Pretty wild.

@Lexus i spent over $100k on a 2023 LX600 only for there to be an engine recall last year, for which there is no remedy made available. Now i have to drive a potentially unsafe car in the interim.

@Lexus I helped get my parents a NX350 in 2024 brand new they are in their 70’s and barely drive a few days ago the radiator had a crack systems went down the dealership told my parents who barely drive 15,000 miles that it was there fault it’s still under warranty

@Lexus My LX700h lumbar supports need to be reinflated every 20 mins. This is a fleet wide issue on GX and LX. Lexus of Manchester NH tells me they are working as designed. I guarantee the Lexus engineer in Japan did not intend us to reinflate the lumbar every 20 minutes!

@Lexus Yesterday, our brand new 2026 Lexus locked up suddenly with both my husband and me in the car. The windows and doors would not open. We were unable to get out, causing anxiety and a panic attack. We followed instructions to open the door manually and nothing worked.
