I know I’m not a huge follower when it comes to fashion. I know vintage clothes are all the rage now and people are spending top dollar for it. But at what point are we going to realize we are being scammed. Whatever happened to just wearing nice, clean and presentable clothes so we look like proper people. I know $2500 sounds like it’s al lot for this hoodie, but people are spending $30k-$40k for hoodies like this. I will never understand that. Would you wear something like this? It looks like someone pulled it out of a dumpster, why are we being lied to about what fashion is and being told what to wear?

I saw these ads online from The Real Men Apparel Company and it made me do a double take. I know these are marketed for men, but it makes me wonder how many actual men are buying and wearing these? Back when I was a kid, we only had either boxers or briefs. Now it seems like there are all sorts of other options now. I know we are in a modern society and more and more things are being accepted now. But typically this style of undergarment is associated only with women. Now they are marketing it for men. So I am asking this again, is this now accepted for men to wear these? What do women feel about their men wearing these? Although these aren’t my cup of tea, I don’t condemn anyone who does feel that they would enjoy wearing these. I wonder how long now until this is the social standard or will it become the social standard. Are there any men watching this now that would wear these? Do you feel this will catch on?

Some more World Cup visitors sharing their experiences. These women from Australia have discovered the magic of Chipotle. They are joking about how addicting it is and how they love it. I remember my first time oversees and trying Jollibee for the first time. If you aren’t familiar with the, Jollibee is a Filipino fried chicken restaurant that serves the chicken, spaghetti and all sorts of other delicious items. They are slowly making their way here too. So I get it.
Maybe one day soon, their country can get their own Chipotle too. I love events like this that brings the world together so we can get a better understanding of how we are and who we are. Maybe besides the World Cup, we should have other sports that compete on the world stage so that we can all have just another reason to come together as people more often. If you saw these tourists here, besides Chipotle what else would you encourage them to try? Is there another American specialty you think would blow their minds?

The world cup is brining cultures together in the likes that we’ve never seen before. A neighbor recorded some Scottish fans who rented an Airbnb while visiting for the event. At 6:30 am they started playing the bagpipes. I don’t know about it you but I love this, you know they are already having a good time. I would bring a case of cold ones over and show them some hospitality. It’s a rare chance where we can let people of other countries know who we really are and that we aren’t just faces we see on their tv screens. Let’s not waste this opportunity to come together as people and enjoy a sport we all love. What would you do if they woke you up, would you even be mad? These are our guests and I think we need to do our best to welcome them.
