Just an observation, but it seems like the boomer generation isn't doing what they did to their parents. Examples being...55 and over communities, relocating, down sizing, or moving into a higher end trailer park (is that still a thing?). In our area there are still A LOT of 60-75 year olds still living in 3-5 bedroom homes. For no reason other than..."what else am I going to buy?" There's no longer a circulation of homes. Again, just an observation. Everyone chooses how to live their life and no favors are owed to younger generations.
