@denisjabaudon Hi! not aware of any Patch-ATAC-seq protocols... but Patch + ATAC-seq should be ok... would need to think about lysis buffers and, of course, make sure to collect the nuclei... check our protocol for some useful tips on that... star-protocols.cell.com/protocols/219
