I have been struggling with an intense back issue for 3 weeks. But yesterday I did the below to help myself heal: 1) Had a cortisone injection 2) Took a muscle relaxant 3) Took an anti-inflammatory 4) Used a TENS unit 5) Saw Session Americana at @fruitlands in #Massachusetts
