@sbigeneral customer care is so pathetic, i am alredy loosing confidance and trust that they will help me in case of claim. Sales team is very much eagerly helping to achieve their target, but if you need any service they are giving silly reasons like 'email nahi dikh raha...' , 24 hours k bad email show hota hai. Everything in Pune is a little expensive, even if it's a basic thing. In Indore we used to get poha for 10, 12, or 15 rupees maximum, but here in Pune even at the very normal basic thela the poha costs 30 rs. And the most important thing they dont even put "sev" in it.

@ValueWithPrem A friend bought Bracelet, everyone else in group mocked him 'who buys gold/silver these days' - Gold was 30k that time. This generation in my experience not attracted towards jwellery. Gold ring replaced by fitness ring. Bracelet replaced by smartwatch.

I visited 5 to 6 jewellery retailers today. Every single one said the same thing that there are zero walk in customers, and by zero, they literally mean zero. When the PM asked people to avoid buying gold, I honestly didn’t expect demand to freeze like this. But this is real and happening on the ground. Adhik Maas is also adding to the slowdown, but the sentiment shift is clearly visible. Remember that India is a country where people buy gold even during recessions.
