@ValueWithPrem You don’t buy your first home to impress anyone. You buy it to own your life. Rent is cheap till the owner changes terms. EMI builds an asset. Rent builds nothing. Same ₹60k. One disappears. One compounds.

@ValueWithPrem You have stated the exact problem of real estate now. Prices are very high but the rent is low. So you are right that why not just enjoy the same property on rent.
