It's quite appalling to know that just to save a couple thousand dollars they will go to such great lengths. They're attempting to leave our water heater in disrepair by using a part of the contract clearly designated for furnaces that impact water heaters.

@AHS_Warranty I implore anyone thinking about a home warranty to stay away from AHS. We've been without hot water for a month now while AHS willfully exploits loopholes in their own contract that don't exist.
