If this were a real video and not me talking off the dome on a livestream i might have been more careful in my wording as to not engender any confusion, but i feel like my point and intention is clear.

So this tweet in question is in response to the following snippet from a live stream replay i did last week. I think my intention is clear, not trying to say Cuba is a "failed state" but to illustrate some history of counterinsurgency...

In FD Signifier’s video on Mamdani, he called Cuba a “failed socialist” state..even tho he was alluding to sanctions, subversion and coup attempts limiting the capacity of a revolutionary project, he’s so vague about his own ideological tendency, that it rubbed me the wrong way🫤

FD Signifier functions as a Black voyeur for white liberals, like the NOI while they can and should be critiqued, they emerged as a contingent of this historical reality of blk life and degradation, arose from the need to rebuild what was stolen.
