@mattmiller59 @T__homas_ @nextlevelbb Looking back at my HS experience, def don't hate my coach for the "optional" spr. break trips. In fact I appreciate him for it. It's what I and 99% of my teammates wanted to do, one of which played at the next level along with myself so we weren't a bunch of dudes.

A battery that's on the same page is gonna be 2-3 pitches ahead of everyone else in the park. Takes time to get there, but beautiful when it happens.

@Teacherman1986 @hagwildcat I don't disagree but I don't think it's a teach. I think the body organizes that naturally if the trigger is below the waist. My 8yo obv cant comprehend rearward barrel trigger. Instruction has been largely waist down yet he triggers like we both might say is efficient.
