The lethal dose of salt and copper sulfate is the same. About 12 teaspoons. I have been taking 40 mg of copper daily for months now and haven't experienced ANY decline in health. Only upsides. But some people are scared of 1 mg copper from food.

When you drive fast you almost never have to check your mirror or surroundings or look over shoulder. Its slow drivers who have to cross check everything & look over constantly Life is very much the same. Slow mfers are obsessed with what other people are doing. Competition is for losers. When youre going fast enough there is no traffic. You are the traffic.

I am impressed by how hard some patients will fight to defend their disease. Me: "Type 2 is reversible. There are thousands of examples of this now, a few I have personally observed, and the results are reliable." T2D Patients: "Nuh-unh! I'm not going to listen to some internet ice bath nut job no matter how many medically documented cases of T2D reversal there are! My Doctor says I'm a Good Boy as long as I keep taking these pills that will never cure me!" Me: "Oh! My mistake."

The absolutely massive blind spot that longevity experts like Sinclair have is metagenomics. Once you realize that the “diseases of aging” almost all share microbes as an accelerant (heart disease, arthritis, periodontal disease, neurodegeneration, cancer) and that mouse longevity studies are conducted in ‘germ free’ environments, you can’t unsee it. For example, NAD is depleted by CD38 in humans to restrain intracellular microbial growth but we supplement it (and NMN, etc because it extends lifespan in germ free mice in a wet lab.
Zedzies@Zedzies

Antibiotics are still the greatest longevity intervention ever developed.

Hi I’m Mary Beard. You should be ok with your churches becoming mosques. Why? Because the Turks once violently conquered the Greeks, then converted their churches into mosques. Were the Greeks ok with that? No, millions died to stop it. But you should be. Trust me, I’m a scholar.
mary beard@wmarybeard

On the question of whether churches should be allowed to become mosques, let's remember that the Parthenon was originally a "pagan" temple, then was converted into a Christian church, then became a mosque. This kind of conversion is not historically unusual.

If you were diagnosed with a chronic illness young, like teenage years or early adulthood, please let me spare you infinite amounts of emotional energy-- do not bother explaining yourself to your peers or friends. Ive found that in this case, it is far better to leave things unsaid than it is to feel misunderstood. They simply are unable to conceptualize what it means and you'll stress yourself out trying to explain. They will say something like "oh waiittt I think my grandma has that", or "I had this really bad stomach ache once", or "Is it contagious...", or "but you seemed fine last week?". You're best off eradicating that desire to feel understood. You have to acknowledge that no one cares, no one will yield to you, and that your condition will be diminished and invalidated. You will not get the sympathy you're hoping for. Sad truth, but life becomes easier when you accept it. Open up only to those who are genuinely curious, they will likely have had a sick family member or an interest in health/ medicine. High quality longterm friends and family members can be in the know, everyone else can think you have a little tummy ache.

🚫 No oral thrush does not automatically mean you are candida-free. ❌ Myth: You only feed candida with bread products. ✅ Fact: Any carbohydrate will feed candida. 🥩 Even carnivores avoiding sugar can keep candida alive with high iron intake. 🩸 Your body naturally produces glucose, so candida moves into the circulatory system. Avoiding carbs tempts candida to penetrate deeper into your body. 🛑 The only permanent way to rid the body of candida is to remove toxic metals and mycotoxins. This will also revitalize the immune system. 💧 Flush bad metals out by replenishing with good ones: ✔️ Zinc ✔️ Selenium ✔️ Molybdenum ✔️ Magnesium ✔️ Manganese ✔️ Boron ✔️ A minimum intake of copper ⚡ Maintain electrolytes with: ✔️ Potassium ✔️ Sodium ✔️ Chloride ✔️ Magnesium ✔️ Calcium 🦠 Saccharomyces Boulardii helps keep candida under control but won’t cure it. ⏳ Cures happen over time—with consistency and patience. ⏩ If you think you cured candida overnight, you probably just masked symptoms. Heavy Metals and Mycotoxins may have gotten you sick and Candida wants to keep you sick. For ultimate resolution work on co-infections and toxicities at the same time.
