@MCD881 that bench is at around 60' angle, it was set for bicep dumbbell preacher curls, I had to create the proper angle for a proper incline press

those are 30kg round head dumbbells, it supposed to touch your chest at least for it to be a proper weight for better results, this is how it supposed to look.

What matters more long term… perfect form or progressive overload? You can’t stay light forever and call it “good form.”
