@aryanlabde I have to agree. It's especially hard to make content because it adds another layer. You can't just open your laptop and start working because you have to think about how you will record that process so you can make a video about it.

Unpopular opinion: switching from building mode to marketing mode is genuinely one of the hardest things about solo founding. they feel like completely different jobs.

@aryanlabde Your prompts are definitely too demanding. Ask for smaller changes and implement everything in stages.

how is $20 in claude enough for some people??? that gets over in 2 prompts for me.

It feels like 90% of creators are just farming engagement on X. I can't even be a reply guy anymore. Most tweets are so soulless that I don't know what to reply.

4 days of procrastination. It's time to resume my work. I've already accepted that I can never be perfectly productive and consistent. I've tried everything. My focus has shifted from total prevention to overcoming procrastination and getting back to my routine faster.

I’ve grown dozens of accounts to 10k+, here’s a few easy growth tips that aren’t super obvious. 🎯 be a reply guy but don’t respond to engagement farmers, use 𝕏 search operators and queries, and reply to fresh posts only. 🤝 Engage with active builders with less than 500 followers often, engaging with big accounts won’t ever increase your engagement. 💯 Never have your “following” surpass your “followers” and regularly unfollow anyone who doesn’t follow you. 🚀 Find accounts that grow from 500 to 1000 quickly and follow their recent followers a few times a day. 🎙️Make sure your pinned tweet has value, don’t just pin something because it has high engagement. 🔥 Your bio has way more impact than you’d think, your bio can make or break follow back ratio for your account. 👀 Low quality, noisy, or dark profile pictures affect profile views and in turn follow ratios.

@FlippedRay I enjoy posting content and seeing how people react. It's addicting to check the stats of a video or tweet every couple of hours, so I would say I enjoy marketing. At least content marketing.

@JulieLabs8 99% of players quit in under a year. If we take the statistics of people that keep at it for more than 1 year, I'm sure the probability of success is way better.

@pcshipp The number of founders has grown tenfold or more, but the supply of truly exceptional apps hasn't. In fact, the average quality of newer apps might be worse than before.

It's June 1st today. This means that almost half the year is gone already. I remember celebrating New Year's like it was yesterday, and yet it was 5 months ago. That's why it's so important to keep track of your productivity. If you don't have a journal, go get one right now.

@aryanlabde No, that's why I'm always paranoid, but having another ai check the plans and mention things that Claude missed helps a lot.

Vibe coders, do you completely trust AI with your code?

@boardyai Even if you don't make money the first time, eventually you will, and the potential is insane. Takes 0 risk with AI nowadays; before you needed to know how to code or pay 10k or more for someone to make it.

Just build something. Anything. It will change your life.

@volosatovde It's also nice that i have a competitor that is doing something similar but with general / vague tasks and on mobile; that just gives me confirmation that there is a market for this.

@volosatovde I have a problem when I have a lot of tasks for the day (mainly study tasks because I'm a student); I get overwhelmed and start procrastinating. My app fixes this by splitting the big tasks into small actionable steps that are so small the starting friction is basically 0.
