@Tonysmarkettips Vrabel certainly is but he's also a really good coach (I hate to say it.) This year will determine his future, if he loses the locker room and goes 3-14 he's out. He's getting divorced regardless, but at least he appears to have been more honest with his players than Urban.

Two married NFL coaches bringing distractions to their team. One was fired, one has been coddled. Vrabels is way worse in my opinion because it was with an NFL reporter who had a COTY vote and access to players he wasn’t allowed to communicate to. It appears Vrabel’s relationship lasted 6 years too - way worse.

@Tonysmarkettips As a Jags fan who followed that horrible year closely, I don't think it's that comparable to Vrabel. Urban was a train wreck but he was fired for cause, with kicking being the reason and didn't get his contract payout. If Lambo hadn't gone public he would have coached for years
