I support the United States constitution the only way to change it is through a constitutional amendment. There’s a reason why it wasn’t in the constitution if you read the founding father’s comments in the federalist papers they stated the reason why there were no term limits in the constitution because they left it up to the voters to vote the bad ones out and there was no reason to vote good ones out
