@MackenzieInvest Cutoff to register is now 10 days away & there is still a lengthy hold with TU to get them to sort an activation code that didn’t work. You’ve had 12 weeks to improve service & it looks like nothing has been done. Will you be extending the registration deadline?

As custodian of many accounts its only Prudent MacKenzie Finacial accepy the lead role &responsibilty to ensure clients r protected from future fraud 2 have a client take a self help activation is not acceptable and simply says Mackenzie doesnt care is shirking reponsibility

@MackenzieInvest Horrible experience trying to get to TransUnion for credit monitoring. Unsuccessful. I do not want my life to be tied to a telephone line because of carelessness by Mackenzie or their subcontractor. Need Privacy Commissioner to step in.
