@FitFounder I’ve been just at 5g for two months and noticed muscles cramping up randomly. I drink a lot of water but it’s been happening since starting creatine. Anyone else have this issue?

Past 6 months I’ve been max dosing creatine. Been doing 15 grams a day on average. Major benefit has been improved recovery from surfing and workouts. Starting to feel like I’m in my 30’s again.
