Tyrell was caught thinking with the wrong head and messed around with a female that he had in his custody. Watch Sheriff Bryantt do exactly what you would have wanted him to do in a situation like this. Great job by this Sheriff for caring about the integrity of his position and the rule of law. As such Tyrell was removed from service and arrested with the charges of second- degree r@pe. In Oklahoma you will be charged with this if you mess around with someone while in a position of authority. In this case he was a law enforcement officer and she was in his custody. It does not matter if it was consensual. He is currently serving his sentence in the Oklahoma department of corrections.
