Ich drehe durch. Word-Dokument enthält Zollstriche statt Anführungszeichen. Suchen/Ersetzen funktioniert nicht. AutoKorrektur-Einstellung bei Dokumentenprüfung funktioniert nicht. Copy/Paste in anderes Dokument funktioniert nicht. Schriftart ändern funktioniert nicht. WAS?!

@majavonwestphal Ja, die sollten das hauptberuflich koennen. Sonntagsarbeitsverbot in HH aufgehoben?

@MarcTimme Alles probiert, weil ich ja auch keine Word-Anfängerin bin - und die seit Tagen daran scheiternde SHK auch nicht. Wir lassen das jetzt so und schieben das Problem an den nächsten Empfänger in der Reihe... ist ein großer Verlag, die werden's rauskriegen.

@DanHoPGO @MarcTimme Beides ausprobiert - ich mach hier schon das Troubleshooting, nachdem unsere sehr fähige SHK seit Tagen dran scheitert. Ich fürchte, wir schicken das jetzt so weg und hoffen, dass jemand auf der Empfängerseite beim Verlag noch einen Trick kennt. ;)
