@CoachD178 Dude forgets to mention that Pitt scored its first offensive touchdown v ND as time expired after Duzzi called a TO. Miami scored a TD to end the VaTech game after calling a TO. Sad, desperate stuff.

Oh, and if you want to know what beating a team "way worse" than another team does, look no further than this past weekend. Miami beat Syracuse 38-10 in a game where they were only up 14-0 at halftime. Notre Dame beat Syracuse 70-7 in a game where they were up 49-0 at halftime. These were back-to-back games for Syracuse, by the way.

When people are paid to pay attention and they don’t, that’s when you know they have an agenda. If @Joey_Galloway actually did his job vs what we are being told: - We were told ND has been blowing everyone out of the water since week two - What actually has happened: Purdue, one of the worst teams in CFB, scored 30 on ND, more than Purdue hasn’t scored against any other P4 team. Notre Dame struggled mightily against CFB bottom dweller Boston College, leading my 2 with 13 seconds in the 3rd quarter and winning by just 15. - We were told Notre Dame has been cruising and Miami has been struggling. - What’s actually true: Notre Dame beat Pitt 37-15. We were told it was a resounding victory. Miami beat VaTech 34-17. We were told it was a close game. Miami then had to beat VaTech by more than 17 to “catch up and close the gap” with a ND team that had just won by almost the same score. - We were told Notre Dame has been beating every team by more than other teams - What is actually true: Miami beat NC State much worse than ND did. Oregon beat USC much worse than ND did. Yes, Notre Dame blew out Syracuse’s lacrosse team with multiple pick sixes thrown by a 5th string QB like it was an intramural game, but the blowout narrative is perception, not reality, perpetrated by lazy at best, agenda harboring media members at worst. Arkansas was indeed blown out by Notre Dame, then fired their coach, and completely turned their season around. Just like we saw with UCLA. Any Arkansas mentions are conveniently leaving out that fact. - We were told Notre Dame is finishing strong while Miami is headed in the “wrong direction” and”needs to close the gap.” - What’s actually true: Miami has a + 87 point advantage over the last three games, and has finally opened up the offense after trying ball control, TOP and otherwise winning ugly early on. After barely handling USC and Boston College, Notre Dame has also been on a tear the last three weeks. Bottom line is everyone on X making arguments like “blowouts” “momentum” and all the other mental gymnastics you hear to trying to justify ND being ranked over Miami ignore the lot inconvenient truth of all: these teams spotted the ball, and Miami won. And when you don’t have facts, you go with stories. “Best team” is an arbitrary way of putting in your favorite team based on “they deserve” it instead of actual results. You can expect that from fans on X. We should expect better from professionals. Lest they have a deep-rooted agenda.

@WojDaGawd Cost of ground beef is up around 50% since 2019. It’s a problem. But it’s not the Dems fault. Nor the republicans. Blame the Fed playing with the money supply.
