@Maroc_Telecom C'est bien d'avoir un bon service marketing mais avec un service client déplorable, c'est vraiment dommage. Tres déçu de IAM ces derniers mois. Beaucoup d'erreurs, de manque de professionnalisme et un grand problème de réactivité. Dommage pour un opérateur qui se veut etre le N1.

@Maroc_Telecom i just realised that how much greedy you have to be, specially when it comes for how much they pay you for the internet network which is nonsense, paying up to 20 dollats each month for over a year and yet always aftee 1 week the internet starts getting worse.

@Maroc_Telecom is the worst telecommunication service in morocco! Days with no service! Even though all is prepaid ! Worst costumer service! Years and years of ripping people off. If you are thinking of an ISP do not use their service or lack thereof !
