Thanks a lot for the recognition, Ga-Rankuwa City Centre. It gives me great joy to be among the few role players who contributed their part in growing Ga-Rankuwa into what it is today. We will continue to strive for excellence all across.

I'll leave it here for everyone to make up their minds. CAF Appeal aboard enforced tournament rules, which every team agreed to it. It's unfortunate, but decision had to made after Morocco appealed.

Amazing. It doesn't come bigger this. At least back home we appreciated Mbokazi, too. Moporofeta o bokilwe kwa gaabo

From @TheAthleticFC: No one in Chicago was ready for the surge of social media followers that came after the Fire signed South African center back Mbekezeli Mbokazi — the most popular player in MLS you haven’t heard of yet. nyti.ms/4r8OzWp

I am leading the DCDT team appearing before the Portfolio Committee on Communications and Digital Technologies to account on the following: AI Policy: progress in our AI policy development process, including ethical AI guidelines for national adoption. Data Centres: the National Data Centre Strategy and data sovereignty safeguards on location, compliance and protection of personal information. Did Masixole Bambiso cautioned Ngwenya? AmaZulu players were very smart by forming a hurdle so Ngwenya can put his shirt back on after celebrating after scoring that goal. 🤣🤣🤣

Terrible penalty kickers. Granted, goalies of @Siwelele_FC and @RichardsBayFC_ came to work and did their part, but the penalty kickers weren't convincing.

Yesterday I briefed the Portfolio Committee on Communications and Digital Technologies on the progress towards developing a sustainable funding model for the SABC. This engagement reflects my commitment to transparency and inclusivity in finding practical long-term solutions and meaningful parliamentary oversight. Thank you to Chairperson @KhuselaS and the Committee for the constructive and robust engagement on this.

This afternoon I met with @NetNineNine - a Johannesburg-based internet service provider focused on affordable, prepaid fibre, with a strong emphasis on expanding access in townships and underserved communities. What stood out is how their model keeps opportunity within communities. Net99 shared that, to date, they have: •created 1000+ jobs •connected 235 schools, and •equipped 168 small businesses with free WiFi These efforts have helped drive the productive use of the internet for learning and local enterprise. We also discussed practical ways government can help unblock bottlenecks that slow fibre rollout — especially in underserved areas — so that more communities can be connected.
