Lena and I had a truly fun day with Emily, Lydia and Leon yesterday on the Aonach Eagach in Glencoe. We had so many double brocken spectres that we actually stopped looking at them!

Willie, Felix and I were lucky in Glen Nevis having dry weather all weekend. This was a Learn to Lead, Ready to Rock course - one of the @Mountain_Scot & @the_AMI partnership courses.

Great views from Stob Dearg (Buachaille Etive Mòr). I started late so I had the climb, summit and entire car park to myself - unheard of during this crazy busy summer.

Robert and I had a great time on the Aonach Eagach today. The weather started cloudy, but it all burned off by early afternoon. The scenery was world class, and the scrambling just perfect. @the_AMI #aonacheagach

Robert and I really enjoyed Curved Ridge & Crowberry Tower today. The weather was a little cloudy but we were super sheltered from the wind and so we had optimal dry conditions on the climb. @the_AMI

A great day with Robert today on Ledge Route. It was initially a very cloudy day, with a lot of moisture in the cloud. As we gained height the cloud thinned a little giving some increased visibility. @the_AMI #bennevis

I had fun on Tower Ridge with Andrew and Christian today. They threw me a curve ball at the gearing up point, by telling me they left some climbing stuff in the car. I had to think for a while, but luckily we had the deal breaker items, so we didn’t need a plan b, phew! @the_AMI

The 7th and final day of Tim’s mega mountaineering & climbing course took Tim, Craig McKay, and I to Buachaille Etive Mor and Curved Ridge. The plan was for Craig to lead the beginning and the end, and for Tim to lead the middle. @the_AMI

Lena and I had a great trip to Shieldaig and Diabaig. We got really lucky with the weather, so we could really appreciate these stunning places. We only had time for one climb at Diabaig so we did Route Two. We both agreed it does deserve its **** @the_AMI

Amazing climbing weather in Scotland this week, warm and no midges. April has been kind to the climber so far. As restrictions ease hopefully more people can safely enjoy their hobbies. @the_AMI
