The Wechsler or Stanford Binet are the two I've taken on multiple occasions. The odds of you having a higher IQ than me are literally 1 in 20,000 so I would certainly take those odds.

There is no recognized condition that works the same way for race. Also, not all social constructs are the same. A social construct just means something shaped by society, but different social constructs work in different ways. Race is a social category people created around ancestry and physical traits. Gender also has social parts, like roles and expectations, but it is also connected to a person's internal sense of self. So they are not the same kind of category. That is why comparing being transgender to “changing race” does not work. They are different things, which is why medicine and science have established treatments for one and not the other
