@Ticketmaster @Citibank @Ticketmaster doesn’t “see” two transactions in their system so won’t refund my money (or sell me comparable tickets). Told me to call my @Citibank to dispute. Past the regulatory timeframes for provisional credit but @Citibank is doing everything they can to help me.

@Ticketmaster charged @Citibank card twice in February so issued refund in May. Yesterday, found out you voided and resold my tickets AFTER you sent me an email reminder to download tix to my wallet.

@Ticketmaster, paid $744.50 to NOT see @Pink on Monday and hope the fees you charge improve your systems and service.

My college freshman went back to school this week and my husband went to Frisco to watch the Jacks football game. I gave them both the same “make good choices” lecture. #likefatherlikeson

A couple years ago I wanted to implement “real world Friday’s” (but got busy) where we go over skills that are becoming a lost art among this generation of youth like thank you notes, firm handshake, writing checks, changing tire, proper emails, etc. Suggestions on topics?

High school baseball is so important. It is one of the last community based baseball programs we have left. Kids that grew up in the same neighborhoods, that go to school together, that share specific upbringings. It needs to stay important. It needs to be celebrated.
