The Twins outfield grass has looked terrible going back to last season. It’s called poa annua or annual bluegrass. From a reddit user, "After talking with one of the grounds crew, the field got infected and just started going wild, even with the constant treatment. It's a fungal infection that will likely take weeks to improve. The weird weather this year is basically prime for it to take over and it's almost a whack a mole game."
