#Dhurandhar2 (again) uses mistranslation of Bhagvat Gita shloka. 2.47 BG doesn’t say anything about upholding Dharma, claiming reward, and fighting in battlefield relentlessly. No words in Sanskrit shloka describe this. Right side is an (not ‘the’) authentic translation by Ganguli. PS- One can always add his understanding as a commentary, not as a translation. @MisraNityanand @AdityaDharFilms @6amiji

I am not objecting the use of Shloka itself. This is a nice move. When it is used, please be faithful to translation and use books rather than generative AI or some learner. Krishna doesn’t ask Arjuna to be relentless in war; instead he talks about clearing mind and avoid indecision due to result. Overall meaning is also not correct.

@NatalKumar1369 Tell me which term in original Sanskrit talks about upholding Dharma? It talks about right to Karma. This is at best commentary; not translation.

@MehHarshil Relentlessness of action is the opposite of inaction. Unless there's some philosophical way to translate better cause English is a shitty language. Blame the language not Dhar.
