Derail yourself from that which drains you and gravitate toward that which brings you energy, peace, and joy. Effortless success comes from embracing what you're innately drawn to. It will likely feel so natural that you mistake it for being unimportant. Industrialized conditioning makes us think that work must be hard. That success requires grind and value creation only comes from struggle. Thats true if you're working on a conveyor belt or counting beans in a cubicle. But true work (works of art, works of innovation, etc.) comes from something much deeper. It does not come from toil as much as it comes from a supraphysiological pull. Sure, hard work is always a prerequisite. But it is not the differentiator. Your lifes work should be something that you couldn't fathom not doing. Something that eats away at you if left undone. You probably know what it is, but lack the testicular fortitude to embrace it. Sunk costs fallacies and golden handcuffs hold you back from embracing your true life's work.

you’ll outrun about 95% of people instantly simply by standing up straight, shoulders back, fantastic posture and having a great voice — warmth, depth, tempo, cadence, and a rich vocabulary respect follows immediately

@MetabolicMikeM @SahilBloom But guys - when you are towards the end of the cut, and hence daily calories are low, you have to cut from either fat or carbs. If you're going for aesthetics, then you have to cut carbs to deplete.

Higher sodium makes you more handsome. Low sodium → Your kidneys detect less sodium arriving → renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) activates → aldosterone levels rise sharply. Your body attempts to "fix" the low sodium situation by hoarding salt and water. Leading to puffy bloating.

i think royal jelly is one of the most underrated baseline compounds that exists. i will probably take it until i die, just like the queen bees do, and aristotle did. aristotle probably also fed it to his greatest student, whom you may know... his name was alexander the great. royal jelly: - boosts dopamine production and receptor sensitivity - supports recovery from traumatic brain injury - increases testosterone levels in men naturally - promotes new neuron growth in the brain - enhances burst firing of dopaminergic neurons - mimics bdnf through its 10-hda content - reduces anxiety and calms the nervous system -improves memory and recall in healthy individuals - shields brain cells from oxidative damage - raises progesterone levels in women - protects the blood-brain barrier - acts as a selective estrogen modulator (serm) - fuels motivation and drive via vta-nac axis - upregulates pgc-1alpha for mitochondrial energy production - restores dopamine and serotonin in the prefrontal cortex - lowers cortisol and blunts stress response - modulates gaba for better mood regulation - decreases neuroinflammation throughout the brain - reduces microglial overactivation - lowers risk of alzheimer's and parkinson's - potent natural antidepressant with studied evidence - promotes longevity and protects telomere length - stimulates bone formation and increases height potential - widens and strengthens facial bone structure - improves skin quality and reduces inflammation - strengthens the gut-brain axis - epigenetic modulation via hdac inhibition - aristotle's original nootropic, oldest cognitive enhancer known the royal jelly i use is linked below aesthetic-alimentum.com/products/royal…
