Training Exercise Happening Today:
The 2024 National Homeland Security Conference planned demonstration is happening today at approximately 6:00 p.m. This is a multi jurisdiction training exercise so there will be a large police presence in the area of Biscayne Bay and between Bayfront Park and Cruise Port Terminal J at the Port of Miami.
