Judge Beverly Cannone finally admitted that her & Hank Brennan’s whole histrionic-filled, months-long smear campaign of defense counsel & the ARCCA experts was purely that—a smear campaign designed to prejudice the defense and their most exculpatory experts to the media & the public. Good job you two! You harassed the Federal witnesses from one of the top forensic engineering & reconstruction firms in the country for no apparent reason! None of the dramatics or hysterics were substantiated where Judge Cannone could make a finding and subsequent ruling based on the law, which is probably why she interrupted Attorney Alessi in the middle of his argument because he was exposing the fact that the professional rule she cited as having been violated actually has no applicability to reciprocal discovery whatsoever. This case is a spectacle, the courtroom is a circus and the Judge is the head clown in charge. I'm glad @BostonDefender told the jury to take note of how close Brian Albert's bedroom window was to the flagpole. I feel like the trip to 34 Fairview Road is better done after Brian Albert testifies about not waking up, and after the rest of the McAlberts testify about driving by the flagpole and not seeing a body. Once you visit the house you realize that everything they're saying is bullshit.
