I started the @WealthSquad Basketball Team in NYC four yrs ago just to hoop and build community camaraderie outside of our internet discord doing something we all love. Every single year since, we’ve lost in the semi-finals of the playoffs. This Sunday, March 22nd at 6PM EST the @WealthSquad Basketball Team plays for our very first Brodie Winter League Championship in the top men’s division.

Needed to have an MRI done on my basketball shooting hand (right wrist) two weeks ago for pain that’s been lingering since last spring from getting too many buckets: it looks like surgery now 🥴 Complete tear of the volar component of the ScaphoLunate Interosseous ligament (SLIL) with partial tear of the membranous component. Full-thickness chondral defect of the Triangular Fibrocartilage disc (TFC). The cartilage disc on the ulnar (pinky) side of my wrist has a complete hole through it. Cartilage disease at the radioscaphoid joint, subchondral bone stress beneath it, scattered carpal cysts, mild arthropathy and chondromalacia at two other joints, and a small joint effusion.
