Got the chance to present my poster @ICTE2024 highlighting some of the work we had previously done with CELLO-seq [a long-read scRNAseq that uniquely maps individual transposable elements (TEs) to a specific locus], and current project on TE perturbation with CRISPRi. #ICTE2024

Super glad I attended the @embl symposium in Germany to learn more about organoids and how they can be effectively utilised in disease modelling and regenerative medicine. Special thanks to @GenSocUK for sponsoring me through the training grant award.

I am quite keen on learning the cutting edge technologies that are fast revolutionising medicine. And one of them is the ability to model human organs in the lab to gain insight for therapeutic interventions and regenerative medicine. #ESSOrgan

I will be attending the EMBO symposium titled “Organoids: modelling organ development and disease in 3D culture” through a training grant obtained @GenSocUK. Looking forward to making the most of every moment @embl embl.org/about/info/cou… #EESOrgan

A key takeaway for me is the need to foster a collaborative research environment (not a competitive one) while maintaining an insatiable hunger to learn and contribute to improving life. #RoleModel #Research.
