I’ve seen a bunch of clips and good and bad takes here. This is my official release of liability… if my life EVER sinks to the level that I need a hearing like this and actually find it somehow entertaining, you all have full permission to put two behind my ear and end my misery. This is so embarrassing to every possible side and all those driving out to tailgate or stream a domestic RO hearing. COVID really did a number on the mental health of this country. I don’t care if I made millions from this shit. The day I have a judge talking about my sex life, kids, online personalities called Purple Guy or Ray from Dallas, etc is the day I end it myself. Ffs. I'm going to go ahead and say this publicly bc I think it's important. @jessmachadoshow and I have never met IRL. We have differing opinions on things. And that's okay. Yesterday what Jess did on the stand: standing up for independent journalism, standing up for her kids, bringing rationale to that courtroom...much respect. Vote! I’d like to see what the public consensus is. I agree with @AlilawMotta, I would definitely be advising Kelsey to go with a bench trial. I think Judge Karp is fair minded and would not take a chance with the jury not understanding what constitutes beyond a reasonable doubt.
