Q2FY26: Tshipi delivered another strong quarter, lifting production and sales in line with rising #manganese prices. Post quarter-end, @ExxaroResources confirmed all conditions have been met to acquire a 50.1% stake in Tshipi and a 19.99% interest in $JMS, from Ntsimbintle Holdings, at R3.69 per JMS share (at current exchange rate - A$0.33).
