Never really got the community thing until recently. Turns out it's about finding people with the same mindset, people who default to positive-sum thinking, who help because that's just how they operate and actually want you to succeed. @superteam is the only community I've been part of but it's set the bar pretty high for me. Anyone looking to break into the solana ecosystem should just approach their local superteam chapter. It doesn't matter if you're a ST member or not. I personally got guidance, referrals and opportunities long BEFORE i became a ST member, infact I was a newbie in the ecosystem back then (still am? lol).
